Situated on the Club Street enclave of Singapore, Seven On Club offers the kind of dining experience and ambience which perfectly suits this modern and trendy part of the city.
Contemporary European menus with the emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine are created by executive chef Jason Lee and the restaurant is ideal for nights out with friends, informal meetings with colleagues or intimate dining for two. Private dining is also available and corporate functions catered for in style. Enjoy the finest food, or some cocktails in the hip and fashionable surrounds of the Seven On Club.
Seven On Club opened in 2007 in partnership with Brazil Churrascaria, the first such Brazilian churrasco in the city and it displays all the same commitments to service and dining excellence. The restaurant decor is ultra modern in style with large glass doors and iron wrought detail, yet manages to be cosy and intimate with soft tones of off-white walls complementing dark wood floors.
The layout helps too, with defined spaces for dining comprising the main dining hall and separate private room. The main dining area seats 18 in comfort, with one section cordoned off for the hot and cold buffet salad bar while a further 16 can enjoy private dining.
The ambience is certainly one in which to enjoy the social aspects of dining but it is the food which most defines Seven On Club for its many fans. Chef Jason Lee brings with him 20 years experience in French, Spanish, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and displays his culinary skills in signature seafood specialities such as a two-way lobster bisque with cappuccino of Pernod, fresh crabmeat ravioli with vegetables crème and light shellfish sauce, and angel hair pasta with slipper lobster in sundried tomato pesto.
For fish lovers there is the Mediterranean sea bass with anchovies, dill pesto and summer truffles and for those who love their meat the choice between grilled beef tenderloin with foie gras, roast rack of lamb or roasted Yorkshire pork rack gives plenty of food for thought.
